beginnings of a....relationship?

Ok, so Kelly and I keep having discussions about our communication style, etc. It�s funny because he�ll think I�m being critical when I�m totally not. I just ask a lot of questions. Ok yeah I�m sure I am critical of some things, but that�s why I have the job I do etc, I am a critical thinker. I guess the trick is just to not voice every questioning thought I have. But at the same time, asking questions is how I clarify and make sure I understand what is being said. I just need to be more selective about which things I critique out loud.
