long road

Actually got on the treadmill last night! Yay me! Of course, it was only for 10 minutes, but I did hand weights too, plus I don�t want to push the bum ankle too quickly. I really want to get back to the stage where I enjoy exercising� such a long road, but Kay and I are planning our Hawaii trip for 3 months from now and I�d really like to be ok in a bathing suit�. Yes, long road
