poetic questions

So no one has made any comments abut my crappy poems�
I�m assuming that it is because you concur with me that they are indeed crappy�.
It just doesn�t come naturally, I struggle with wanting to have a cadence, a rhythm, but not sound too nursery rhyme-y�
How do people do that? any of you reading, do you have a feel for poetry? Is it a struggle to write it? are you ever satisfied? Do you have any suggestions for a process?

I have another that I�m working on, but I know it�s not done, I just don�t know what to do next
